At Living Fire we provide and support your needs to keep your fireplace running at peak performance. We also provide the option for service contracts and extended warranties to best suit to your needs.

Warranty

Paul Agnew Designs through its exclusive distribution partner in Australia and New Zealand extends this Limited Warranty to the original purchaser of this appliance provided the product remains in the original location of installation.

Our appliances come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

The benefits that this Warranty provides are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. This Warranty does not limit those rights and remedies.

Servicing

If you have purchased a gas log fireplace or have had one installed for some time, don’t hesitate to give us a call and we can assist with getting your fireplace checked and serviced. Fireplace manufacturers recommend an annual serving of your fireplace to ensure it is operating safely and also keep up to date with your warranty requirements.
